How many of you have taken a personality assessment when applying for job or after an interview? I know many, as I had to take one for my organization years ago and my son had to take one for Home Depot. It is how employers gain an x-ray view of who you really are outside of hard skills, experience and education.

ACCESS YOU is a subjective assessment on self. questions are anwered based on real life scenarios or general questions of life. Your answers vs results gives the participant a birds-eye view of actual self against ideal self in our minds.  It is time for job seekers to have a looking glass view of self and how they are preceived by others especially recruiters. 

Assessment Results are given on the spot after results, a printed version. If you would like it mailed a request has to be made.  If you do not get a printed copy we will automatically mail your results. 

Please NOTE...corporations are concerned with the Who over the What which gives them a keen insight of HOW you would fit into their culture.  Soft skills in an AGILE workplace is imperative, more so, needed in todays global economies. We are not just dealing with our neighbor across the street, they are now in another country.
